The artwork celebrates and depicts the lushness of flora and fauna in the tropical gardens and forests around Singapore. The the lesser known plants and animals species were selected as part of the mural to create a more curious piece of artwork.

The Chatterbox cafe was also represented in different ways, with selected elements such as the roosters that are symbolic of the legendary chicken rice, the coconut tree that is symbolic of the coconut ice cream and the majestic German Ibex representing Chatterbox’s head chef, Peter Gehrmann.

The richness of both our Garden City and Chatterbox Cafe were weaved and represented by a lush and colourful selection of native flora and fauna.
